As a DevOps Engineer you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating processes, and optimizing, managing, and monitoring IaaS and PaaS cloud services. We are mostly using Hetzner for IaaS and Azure cloud for PaaS services. You will drive the optimization of our software development lifecycle, from coding and deployment to maintenance and upgrades.
When you join us, your main focus will be:
- Assist senior team members in identifying and implementing DevOps practices, tools, and processes to support software development, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Learn and contribute to build, deployment, and release processes with guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD processes.
- Help ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of cloud-based production and network systems by collaborating with senior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and assist in resolving issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Gain hands-on experience administering Linux-based systems, monitoring server performance, and provisioning resources for new projects.
- Assist in implementing and managing maintenance policies.
You belong with us if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
- Solid knowledge of operating system administration.
- Knowledge of Azure platform is preferred.
- Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.
- Manage your own time and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- A positive and teamwork-oriented attitude.
- Kindness and respect in communication.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
